October 3: Tasks Update

• Added backlog option into tasks
• Added priority to tasks
• Added tags to tasks with custom colours set by user
• Here is how it looks like if task has both
• Added the following rows into the create task: Assignee (update), Status (new), Due date (new), Tags(new), also added mark complete, priority and tags.
• Inside edit task added Time on task

September 5: Agents are now able to work with files

• Added the ability to upload files into the agents.
• Added the ability to add files into chat.

August 23: Seamless Daily Update Switching and Improved AI Tools

• You can now seamlessly switch between the note and chat interfaces while retaining your current content of daily update.
• Enhanced AI chat experience with custom-built elements that improve interaction with agent tools and display tool results in a more aesthetic way.

August 21: Revamped AI section

• We have split AI Section to Chats and Topics section for better navigation and user experience.
• You can specify model agent should use when creating new custom agent.

August 8: Follow characters

• Starting today you can pick and follow specific characters - after that you will get personalized recommendations based on your following list.

August 7: AI Improvements

• Improved error handling when some of models fail to respond.

August 6: AI improvements

• Characters can now access websites - go and try asking what is happening in the world.
• You can edit and delete your custom made characters now.
• Switch between the daily update from chat with Sandy to Note mode and back as you wish. You can find it in the header dropdown of the chat/note.

August 2: AI Chat improvements

• Create custom AI Characters (Beta)
• You can now give feedback about how your chat experience was. Use Rate button at the top right when having interaction in ai chats.

July 30: New AI model

• Let's welcome LLama-3.1 to our model collection. Choose your AI model in the chat settings.

July 29: Updated daily flow

• We've changed the daily flow from "Start your day" to "My Day" with activities. The activities types can be team-wide, role-specific, and surveys. All variants aim to motivate team to share more.

July 27: AI Chats

AI and Chat Enhancements

• Introduced AI chat functionality with suggested topics
• Added full-screen mode for chats, and chat conversation history
• Added support for multiple AI models: currenly ClaudeSonnet-3.5 and ChatGPT-4o
• Added AI-assisted goal setting

Chatting with AI becomes core feature of TeamDay. Private chat history, Goals give AI agenda: Help you achieve your goals. So having AI-assisted goal setting might help more users set well-defined goals and achieve success eventually.

User Interface and Design

• Redesigned upload functionality and updated avatar sizes
• Created a new sidebar for chat history
• Refactored the AI section
• Improved layout for reports, actions, and chats

• Fixed performance issues in the new chat screen
• Reduced memory usage by reworking rotating sphere from SVG to canvas
